To repair your PC I will require the
following items and information.

The System Cd disks that came with
your PC including genuine operating
system disks along with the codes.

Any passwords required to access
the Desktop Page of the PC .

Full details of any information
that requires backup before
formatting of the hard drive.

Formatting deletes all Data
on the hard drive

Payments

So that I can maintain my services to
you I request that all repaired or
serviced PCs are paid for during their
collection or before they are
dispatched. I will provide you a full
reciept or Business Invoice after
payment is made.

Repair Times

Most repairs should be completed
within 2-3 days. Computers requiring
parts may take up to a week, this
depends on the availability of
suitable parts.

Customer Satisfaction

It is my aim to provide you with
100% satisfaction. I will provide all
necessary information relating to the repair
and give you an estimate of costs involved
before undertaking any repair.
